Preparing to Buy

The first thing I ask my buyer clients to do is to talk to the bank or their mortgage broker to get a pre-approval and financing commitment from the lender. This has three major advantages: 1) It ensures that you will get the financing from the bank when you eventually find the home of your choice; 2) You will be able to meet the deadline to meet the condition because half of the job is done already; and 3) Our time will not be wasted because we are shopping for homes in your price range


Finding the Right Homes

I will use the MLS system to help you determine which properties fit your needs. I will arrange an appointment at your convenience to view the properties you have selected from an auto notification of listings that will be set up for your search criteria. 

Representing Your Interest

I will negotiate on your behalf exclusively to guarantee the best possible price, terms and conditions that will suit your needs.

Ensuring Stress-free Buying Process

To make the buying process easy on you, I will 1) put you in touch with a mortgage broker or bank that can arrange financing at the best possible rate of interest and the best terms available; 2) supply you with names of lawyers, home inspectors and other professionals for you to choose from; and 3) personally stay in touch with these professionals to ensure that the process runs smoothly and effectively
